L-GAV: Attractive working conditions
Our employees in the staff restaurants and canteens are subject to the National Collective Labor Agreement (L-GAV) for the hospitality industry. In many areas, however, we offer them far better benefits - for example, an extra-mandatory employee pension scheme or paid paternity leave.
