Our commitment to health is confirmed by the “Friendly Work Space” label. We were once again awarded this quality label in 2022. This award is valid for three years and is given to companies that implement health promotion systematically, sustainably, and with a focus on their employees.
For us, this means creating conditions that strengthen mental and physical health, prevent stress, and promote personal development. This includes concrete measures in the areas of work design, organization, leadership, communication, and skills development.
The “Friendly Work Space” label is both an obligation and an incentive for us to continuously develop our standards in occupational health management (OHM). The goal is to promote the long-term health, motivation, and performance of our employees – especially in a demanding and dynamic work environment.
External social counseling with Movis – there for you when you need it
Some issues are best addressed confidentially and outside the company. Movis is an independent, professional point of contact for social counseling.
Whether you are facing professional challenges, personal stress, mental or physical health issues, family conflicts, or financial worries, Movis provides you with fast, straightforward, and completely confidential support.
The service is free of charge for all SV Group employees and is always used anonymously. The employer does not receive any information about whether or when employees use Movis services.
