With three room types, we can utilise spaces very efficiently, which is a key advantage when converting existing buildings.
We pursue a selective growth strategy and focus on central locations in A and B cities in the DACH region.
We are growing steadily and profitably. By 2026, we will have more than 3,500 rooms and apartments in our portfolio, with a further 400 under construction.
