In our hotels, guests can enjoy the unique atmospheres of our various brands, from the properties of our franchise partner Marriott International and Hyatt to our individual hotels and our own brand Stay KooooK, launched in 2020.
Welcome to SV Hotel
SV Hotel is a business unit of the SV Group and operates hotels under the Marriott brands Courtyard, Residence Inn, Renaissance and Moxy as a franchisee in Switzerland and Germany. From 2025, Hyatt Centric will also be part of the portfolio. The range of hotels further includes its own brand Stay KooooK, as well as individual hotels such as La Pergola in Bern and Amaris in Olten, Switzerland.
likeMagic: the SV Group’s user-centric digital hospitality platform
The digital hospitality solution was first developed by the SV Group for its own hotel brand Stay KooooK, and has been on the market as a white label solution since January 2023.
likeMagic brings together all business-relevant applications and systems in a single, intelligent, user-centric and open solution that connects guests, employees and operators.

We choose our locations based on in-depth market analysis. With this selective growth strategy, we create attractive and competitive hotels that meet the needs of our guests while also achieving a good return on investment.
Sustainability at SV Hotel
Sustainability is a core value of the SV Group. In terms of F&B, our hotels already comply with the same sustainability requirements as our restaurants in institutional and public catering. Our Marriott hotels are connected to the Marriott sustainability platform Serve 360. To improve further, we joined the Swisstainable programme in 2022.
