Stay KooooK and Hyatt Centric Hamburg Old Town

In the middle of the pedestrian zone in Hamburg's city center - on the famous Mönckebergstrasse between the main train station and city hall - two hotels are being built on eight floors: The 85 Stay KooooK Studios are located on the 5th to 8th floors. The boutique hotel Hyatt Centric will have 185 elegant rooms and suites on the 2nd to 8th floors. A spectacular rooftop terrace connected to the restaurant and the hotel bar offer a view of the harbor and invite guests to linger. Expected to open in 2025. find out more

Stay KooooK Munich City

Munich is getting its first Stay KooooK at Schützenstrasse 9. With a location directly on the extension of the pedestrian zone between Karlsplatz (Stachus) and the main railway station, the location could not be better. Over the next few years, the entire surrounding area will be renovated and a new, dynamic quarter will be created that will also be lively after closing time. The proven concept of mixed use will also be implemented in Munich. Two retail spaces are planned on the first floor. The approximately 32 Stay KooooK studios will be built on the five floors above. Stay KooooK Mannheim City

As the center of the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, Mannheim is a highly frequented destination, especially in a business context. Demand for serviced apartments in particular has risen sharply here in recent years. The future Stay KooooK Mannheim City in the central Kurpfalzstrassee will meet this demand. On the first floor of the modern building, a REWE City supermarket will cover daily needs and on the top floor, guests will find a roof terrace with a public restaurant. Stay KooooK Bremen City

The Stay KooooK Bremen City will move into a new building. Following the demolition of the old building stock, mainly studios for the extended stay sector will be realized here; a total of up to 136 residential units are planned. The Flat will move into the second floor with its various living and working areas as well as the hosts. The first floor of the building will be let to retailers. Moxy Zürich Letzigrund

We are delighted to bring the first hotel of the Moxy brand to Zurich. Moxy is moving into the building at Badenerstrasse 537. The hotel will reopen with 162 rooms following extensive modernization in the stylish interior design of the Moxy brand. On the first floor, the lobby concept typical of the Moxy brand will be implemented, which is known for its modern and lively atmosphere. The renovations include both the first floor and the rooms.
