Member of the Board of Directors of the SV Group

There are between five and nine members in the Board of Directors of the SV Group. Members of the Board of Directors are elected by the General Meeting for a term of office lasting one year. It is possible to be re-elected.

Jörg Zulauf

Chair

Jörg Zulauf has been Chair of the Board of Directors of the SV Group since 2023. He was CFO and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives Zurich for more than 20 years. As part of his role, he was also a member of the Board of Directors of Hotelplan, Migrosbank and Globus, as well as Chair of the Migros Pension Fund. Prior to that, Jörg Zulauf spent 11 years in management positions at pharmaceuticals company Roche in Switzerland, Korea and Germany, most recently as head of the global Vitamins Services department. Jörg Zulauf is a solicitor by trade and holds a Master of Law from the University of Zurich and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Karin Lenzlinger, Diedenhofen

Vice Chair

Karin Lenzlinger has been a member of the Board of Directors of the SV Group since 2010 and Vice Chair since 2017. Karin Lenzlinger spent more than 27 years in various roles at Lenzlinger Söhne AG, the family-run business with the fifth generation at the helm, including as CEO and Delegate of the Board of Directors. Karin Lenzlinger holds a doctorate in economics from the University of St.Gallen.

Ingeborg Gasser-Kriss

Ingeborg Gasser-Kriss has been a member of the Board of Directors of the SV Group since 2019. As the owner of the innovation consultancy Agent21, she advises companies in the area of innovation and growth strategy. On the Advisory Board, she supports founders in the FoodTech and RetailTech sectors. Since 2020, she has also been a director of the Founder Institute Switzerland, which supports start-ups in their founding phase. Ingeborg Gasser-Kriss previously held various positions at Kraft Foods and Mondelēz International, most recently as Vice President Global Innovation and Head of the Innovation Division. Ingeborg Gasser-Kriss holds a Master’s degree in English and Linguistics from the Leopold-Franzens University of Innsbruck and has completed further training in corporate governance.

Pierre-Alain Graf

Pierre-Alain Graf has been a member of the Board of Directors of the SV Group since 2021, and served as Chair from 2022 to 2023. He is CEO of Getec Group. This follows previous roles as Senior Vice President of Global Security Business at Hitachi ABB Powergrids Ltd. and Co-Chair of the “Cyber Resilience in the Energy Industry” working group at the World Economic Forum. Prior to this, he was CEO of Swissgrid, General Manager of Cisco Systems Switzerland and held positions at COLT Telecom and Credit Suisse Group in London and Switzerland. Pierre-Alain Graf holds a Master’s in Law from the University of Basel, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen

Patrick Camele

At the General Meeting on 31 May 2023, Patrick Camele was elected to the Board of Directors for a period of one year as Delegate of the Board of Directors. He joined the company in January 2010 as Managing Director of SV Switzerland and was appointed CEO of the SV Group on 15 November 2012. Patrick Camele has many years of management experience in the food industry under his belt and has worked in various European countries, most recently as Managing Director of Food Service at Unilever. He is a business economist from the University of Applied Sciences St. Gallen and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Applied Sciences in Lucerne.

Anne Cheseaux

Anne Cheseaux has been a member of the Board of Directors of the SV Group since 2024. She is co-founder and Managing Partner of CAA Cheseaux Audit und Consulting GmbH, which specializes in strategic and financial consulting in the tourism, hospitality and healthcare sectors. Prior to this, she was Regional Manager for SMEs at Credit Suisse; Chair of the Board of Directors and Managing Partner of a hotel consulting company and consultant in the area of hospital financing; Head of the Advisory Department of the Swiss Association for Hotel Financing; and held various positions at a bank and a trust company. Anne Cheseaux holds a lic. oec. from the University of Lausanne, is a certified hotelier from the Lausanne School of Hotel Management, a certified auditor and holds a CAS in healthcare systems and policy at the ZHAW.

Michael Mueller

Michael Mueller has been a member of the Board of Directors of the SV Group since 2024. He has been with the Valora Group since 2012, initially as CFO and since 2014 as CEO. As Head Europe FEMSA Proximity & Health, he has also headed up the European retail unit of Fomento Económico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V. (FEMSA) since November 2023. In his previous roles, he was Owner & Managing Director of Rubus Capital Management Ltd. from 2010 to 2012, CEO/Delegate and Member of the Board of Directors of Jelmoli Holding AG from 2007 to 2010, and CEO of GVO Asset Management Ltd. from 2007 to 2009. He previously worked as a Merger & Acquisitions Consultant in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs and as a Consultant at Bain & Company. Michael Mueller holds a lic. iur. HSG from the University of St.Gallen.
