Dübendorf, February 13, 2024 - The opening in Leipzig is imminent in spring, Stay KooooK Munich and Hamburg are under construction - and following the announcement of the Stay KooooK Mannheim at the beginning of the year, SV Hotel is now announcing the next new building: The Stay KooooK Bremen City. True to the brand standard, the latest property is also in a central city location, in the middle of the picturesque old town. Just a few minutes' walk from the cathedral and the Bremen Town Musicians, the contemporary serviced apartments and the brand's typical co-living area, The Flat, are moving into a modern new building. In addition to a communal kitchen with a large dining table, The Flat has areas for working and relaxing, partying or watching series. The local hosts make sure that everyone feels at home and give tips on how to immerse yourself in city life.

Stay KooooK Bremen City - conversion in the historic old town

Like the recently announced hotel in Mannheim, Stay KooooK Bremen City will also be moving into a new building. Following the demolition of the old building stock, mainly studios for the extended stay sector will be realized here; a total of up to 136 residential units are planned. The Flat will move into the second floor with its various living and working areas as well as the hosts. The first floor of the building will be let to retailers.

Arlett Hoff, Director Development at SV Hotel, on the addition to the portfolio: "I am delighted that we have been able to secure another very central location for our Stay KooooK concept. Together with the Stay KooooK Hamburg, which is currently under construction, the Stay KooooK Bremen City forms the Northern Germany cluster in the portfolio and is an ideal addition to our Moxy in Bremen Überseestadt."

Project development by the Berlin-based HD Group

The developer and owner of the building in Obernstrasse is the Berlin-based HD Group. The company specializes in the development and management of real estate projects. Founder and owner Herbert Dzial on the project: "HD is investing in a Stay KooooK in Bremen because we are convinced of SV Hotel's strong management and creditworthiness as well as the company's ability to shape the future of the industry. We are open to exploring further investment opportunities".
