First Stay KooooK in Germany opens in Leipzig City

Dübendorf, August 19, 2024 - The time has come: the first Stay KooooK outside of Switzerland welcomed its first guests in mid-August 2024. SV Hotel has also chosen one of the most exciting cities in Germany for its German debut. True to the slogan 'Stay KooooK - Stay You', the Stay KooooK Leipzig City welcomes its guests with an expanded version of the brand's signature communal area, The Flat , and various accommodation options in a modern new building right next to the Schauspielhaus. In order to offer both short and long-term guests a relaxed temporary home, Stay KooooK in Leipzig relies on a mix of rooms and fully equipped studios of different sizes. While the local hosts are there for guests in the public areas, everything is organized via the innovative guest platform in the likeMagic web app - from booking and check-in to leisure planning.

Whether for a weekend, vacation or longer term: with its modern extended-stay concept, the Stay KooooK Leipzig City effortlessly adapts to the needs of modern travelers. They can choose between 4 accommodation categories - from the comfortable room with multifunctional bed module to the innovatively designed, fully equipped studios and the family and XXL studios. They all have shower rooms, seating and work areas in various dimensions and, in the case of the studios, a kitchen, plenty of storage space and a washing machine. The Slide living element developed for Stay KooooK provides a smart spatial advantage , allowing the studios to be adapted to suit the situation. The room can be transformed into a lounge, living or open space without effort or expense: The Slide offers either free space for the 1.60 meter wide bed or for a fully equipped kitchen.

In keeping with the contemporary concept, the relaxed Stay KooooK vibe is housed in a high-quality new building with a classic façade structure, which also offers guests a circular library room and a roof terrace on the 7th floor with a view over Leipzig thanks to its special architecture. Both of these, as well as an inner courtyard, are part of the ground-floor communal area The Flat, where you can work, meet people, drink coffee, cook together or relax in a relaxed atmosphere. Local hosts are also on hand in The Flat to ensure their guests have a good time and provide them with first-hand tips if they wish.

Another premiere is set to take place in Leipzig, as the local Stay KooooK is not only the first in Germany, but also the only one to date with the new koko gastronomy concept - a culinary, co-working and event space. In keeping with the overall concept, koko is connected to The Flat, with the difference that the bar area is open to external guests. As a meeting place for locals, long-stay and short-stay guests alike, koko is open all day. The dishes and snacks adapt to the time of day, there are quiet areas for working and sociable areas for socializing. koko is also ideally suited as an event space and will be available for both in-house and external events.
