What am I registering for?
This application only serves to register your interest in a work assignment and does not constitute a binding commitment.
How long can I apply for a work assignment via this link?
You can register for a work assignment via this survey until February 28, 2026 at the latest. We will make a rough schedule of shifts / days by March 31, 2026 at the latest.
How will I find out about my work assignment?
Final confirmation will only be sent by message via the respective platform. You are expected to receive information on shifts and assignments by the end of March. The exact working hours and location will be defined 10 days before the respective work assignment.
Can I specify a preferred area or preferred working hours?
Due to the high complexity of work planning at the World Cup, we cannot make any promises regarding specific shifts or work areas. If possible, we will of course take your preferences into account, but we would be grateful if you would show understanding if this is not possible.
How can I increase the likelihood of being able to work at the World Cup?
In general, preference is given to employees who have experience in ZSC Lions catering and are available to work several days during the Ice Hockey World Championship.
