The organiser shall only pass on data to third parties in the case of the parcel service(s) responsible for delivering the physical prizes. As a rule, the data of all participants will be deleted immediately after the conclusion of the prize draw. However, if the winner does not respond, a new winner shall be drawn according to the terms of the prize draw. Process and duration of the prize draw
Between 04.11.2024 and 18.11.2024, the organiser is holding the "Rice to see you" experience weeks in the community restaurants it manages in Switzerland. A digital competition is being organised as part of these experience weeks. Participants take part in a random draw via an online form.
Prizes
The organiser is giving away the following prizes to participants:
Draw
All participants who have completed the competition in accordance with the conditions of participation and who have not subsequently been excluded from participation will be considered for the prize draw. The draw will take place after the end of the competition and is not open to the public. The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants. The winners will be notified directly and personally by email.
Participants’ personal data will only be used for contacting them in writing should they win and for delivering the prizes. Once the winners have shared their postal address with the organiser, the physical prizes will be sent to the desired address by post. The prizes will only be shipped within Switzerland. Shipping abroad is excluded. If the prize winner does not respond to the organiser’s designated contact person via email or phone within 30 days of being notified that they have won, they will no longer be entitled to redeem the prize. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from the remaining pool of individuals who are eligible to participate.
Participation
All natural persons aged 16 or older are eligible for participation. Minors require the consent of their legal guardian to take part in the competition. Employees of the organiser and its parent companies or subsidiaries are not eligible to take part in the prize draw. Persons who use unauthorised aids or manipulations to gain an advantage will be excluded from participation. Only one entry per email address and per person is permitted. The organiser reserves the right to delete entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions. Participants must provide truthful information about themselves.
Further provisions
By entering the prize draw, participants consent to these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw, other than to inform the winners. There is no right of appeal. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or another alternative. The prizes may not be sold, but may be passed on to friends or acquaintances free of charge. Any fees or costs that are incurred in connection with the prize (e.g. travel costs, transfers, etc.) must be borne by the winners. Any liability of the organiser in connection with the prize draw is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Only Swiss law shall apply, to the exclusion of the conflict of laws rules.
