Quality is a central pillar for the SV Group. In every respect. In our products, in the preparation or in dealing with our guests: we live quality awareness.

Quality, safety and guest and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. We are not just concerned with checklists. Much more important is our attitude in everyday life, our constant willingness to critically question and improve processes. This is the only way we can stand behind our products and services 100 percent and offer you the highest quality and safety at all times.

We actively promote quality awareness among our employees through training. Our processes and locations are fully certified in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001. Since 2006, all restaurants have also been certified in accordance with the ISO 14001 environmental system.

We implement quality seamlessly along the entire value chain. We select our suppliers according to strict criteria, cook our menus and dishes fresh on site using high-quality products and are in regular contact with our customers and guests. Your trust is our greatest asset. With fixed criteria, regular audits and targeted training, we ensure quality that our guests can taste.

Hygiene and cleanliness

We maintain a validated self-monitoring concept from the Zurich Cantonal Laboratory (KLZH), which is based on current Swiss law and aligned with international HACCP principles.

In cooperation with the GastroSuisse industry association and the Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office (FSVO), we are actively involved in the further development of industry standards

Occupational health and safety

The health and safety of our employees is our top priority. In addition to a comprehensive occupational safety system, we have our own occupational safety department. In collaboration with external partners and authorities, the specialist unit deals with current occupational safety issues and plans preventive measures and training courses to protect employees.

Our guests and customers expect consistently high-quality services that are worth their price. This is why we focus intensively on quality and have defined specific processes. All SV restaurants have the following certifications, which are above the standards in the catering and hotel industry:

Guest information

We are obliged to inform our guests of the allergenic ingredients in our dishes. That is why our trained staff in the restaurant are always well informed about all the ingredients in the individual dishes. Guests can find the nutritional value and allergen declaration on their restaurant's website.
